Bored in the house? Try this Dalgona coffee!

During this quarantine period, everyone (except front liners) have to stay home to avoid catching the Covid19. It has been over a month since the enhanced community quarantine started. Everyone is getting bored at home and don't actually know what else to do since we've all visited every corner of our house, right? HAHA. Anyway, we should not complain about being 'bored' at home coz just imagine you, doing what front liners got to do which is to face covid19, that's way too scary then being bored. right?

Anyway. let's stop all the drama and let's dive into the most talked about thing during this quaratine which is the (drum roll) - DALGONA COFFEE! (why did I typed it in capslock? LOL).

Alright! So, yeah... I started seeing how this Dalgona coffee is made. It's pretty easy in your eyes coz you know, you just need one sachet of coffee (NOT 3 in 1), white sugar, fresh milk and ice cubes.

This was my second time to make Dalgona Coffee. The first time I did this, I was using Nescafe Gold instant coffee and the texture of the froth was super nice. This time, I'm using just the regular Nescafe instant black coffee. So, you need 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 2 tablespoons of white sugar and 2 tbps. of hot water.

Alright, for the sugar, you may want to add 1 and 1/2 tbps because the coffee is too strong for me. Combine these 3 and mix them together using electric mixer (much better). You gotta mix them for at least 5 minutes or more until you get that thick, light brown froth.

Let that froth vibe out on the side (yes, I got this phrase from a Tiktoker) and get a glass. Pour some ice cubes and top it with milk leaving just enough space to top it with your froth and VOILA! You got yourself a good, frothy coffee, baby! Who wants Starbucks?? LOL, just kidding.
